Chaundra Herrera has over 19 years of experience in the insurance business and has been providing specialized services including training and presentations for the employee benefits program for over eighty companies that the brokerage represents. She believes in only high quality service and giving her best at all times. Chaundra delivers personalized attention to her customers to ensure that all their needs are met and that they know their benefits and understand policies and procedures. She places emphasis on building long term relationships and keeping customers happy and satisfied.

Chaundra started her career in the insurance business with Sagicor Capital Life Insurance Co. Ltd. (now Sagicor Life Inc.) a leading insurance company in the Caribbean, where she worked from 2001 to 2013 making various achievements including completing her LOMA studies for Insurance Fundamentals of Life, Annuities and Health and being named employee of the year for three consecutive years.

Chaundra joined Diversified Life Solutions Brokers Ltd. January 2nd, 2014 as the Customer Service Supervisor and was promoted to Operations Manager Effective January 1st, 2015. Chaundra continues to stay abreast in the insurance business by completing annual required exams and participating in Sales and Marketing courses offered thru the Belize Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (BELAIFA).

Chaundra is a resilient, dedicated, professional individual who along with G.A. Harrison Pilgrim manages the daily operations of the organization.
